HR Program Manager
Loft9 is looking for Project Management consultants with strong Human Resources experience for positions in our Seattle market. Successful candidates will be capable of exceptional client delivery, have the desire to lead, and passion for the growth of our firm.
At Loft9, Associates solve our clients’ bandwidth challenges by bringing energy, intelligence, and effective problem-solving capabilities. We drive growth for top-tier clients through product and service launches, execution and analysis of promotions, product management, compete, and other mission-critical business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities for this position include:
Provide exceptional client delivery
Take on challenging consulting roles in a variety of industries
Utilize Project Management frameworks and methods in a variety of roles
Actively participate as leader in the firm
Support the growth of Loft9; contribute to internal areas such as business development, people development, recruiting, marketing, and more
Engage in activities dedicated to supporting Loft9’s culture
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
5-10 years of Human Resources, consulting, and Fortune 500 experience, including 3+ years project management experienceStrong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to deliver in non-Human Resource roles that leverage project management skills
Must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa now or in the future
